Boones Chapel Storm Shelter Guidelines
The Storm Shelter will open when a watch is issued for Autauga County. Our shelter is a FEMA-rated facility designed to withstand severe weather. We are committed to serving our community, and we are happy to open our doors—however, we kindly ask that everyone remember that this is The Lord’s House and adhere to the following guidelines:
1 Everyone must have their own transportation. No one is permitted to be dropped off.
2 All individuals must sign in upon arrival.
3 A bottle of water will be provided. You must bring your own food and other related items.
4 No alcohol or tobacco products are allowed on our campus.
5 Please remain inside the Storm Shelter and avoid walking around the building.
6. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and stay with them at all times in the designated area.
7 Please leave the shelter in the same condition as you found it.
8 No pets are allowed in the shelter.
